Since most of our products are made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. As soon as it is shipped you will receive tracking details by email.

Please reach out to us at orders@moviemoment.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect or damaged item and we will issue you a refund and/or replace your order right away.
